You can just hear in his voice how much this group got out of this year , and how much kids like Dawkins , Irvin , Doyle grew into really good players and how each took their games to another level . How much Spike had to increase his leadership role , and all the positive things they learned . He is just so good at the whole thing .... teaching , putting players in positions to do well , and help build their confidence as they go . I keep saying , we are SO lucky to have him as our coach ......as are the kids who play for him .
