When Rutgers lined up to run a play, they set, QB clapped, but then everyone basically stood up and looked towards the sideline, can someone explain the rule on how that is not a False start, it have to be some rule because they were obvisoluy never flagged for it, Just wondering how that is legal, he can clap to start the play but then everyone can check out of the set? just want some clarification on that....
