How strongly is Michigan football recruiting in Ohio?

Ohio generally has considerably more talent than Michigan. Can we beat Ohio State in football again without successfully recruiting more top talent from that state? Look back in history, many of our great
teams featured tremendous talent from Ohio. How hard are we still recruiting the best of the best in that state?
Are we doing everything we can to still get Ohio talent, or have we just given up?
