How about how long till we have teams that should be in CFP and finish with 2 losses or less with a Big Ten title and wins over rivals. We had so many teams under Carr that should have been able to do so like in 1998, 19999, 2000, 2003, 2004 and 2007 and always failed. 2006 could ahve been that year, but we were not favored to beat OSU or USC so I will not hold that against Carr

I have been telling myself for almost 20 years now things are gonna get a lot better and we will be great, only to be sourly broken in the end. And then to see MSU rise in football and have 2013 and 2015 exceed anything Michigan has ever done the last 25 years aside form 1997. And their basketball run from 1999-2001 far and away exceed anything we have ever done in football.

I am just starting to fear as long as Izzo and Dantonio are in EL, they will always have better programs in both regardless of which coach we have. I mea 8 days ago changed the narrative and ripped everything out of my soul. Yeah maybe we have the occasional season we are better like in basketball last year only by a little though and in football 2016, but we still lost 3 games and no Big Ten title and choked against OSU and no elite level season once again just like every year under Lloyd Carr outside of 20 years ago.

Is it reasonable to expect starting in 2018 Michigan beats both MSU and OSU and wins the big Ten and goes to CFP and does the same in 2019. I do not see why not. Year 4 is when the first real recruiting class Jim Harbaugh had becomes upper classmen class will be juniors and that was a great class.

Your thoughts.
