I understand every once in awhile you might get a three pointer blocked but Irvin had two blocked in the last five minutes of the game. He should know when someone is close enough to him that they have a good opportunity to block his shot. The first one he should have taken his defender off the dribble. He still has a lot to work on to become a great player.

As someone mentioned...either learn the pump fake or change the

release. The bottom line with Irvin is that his game is developing and he has a lot to work on in the off season.

RM, as I've stated previously, Irvin is more suitable as a support player, not someone to lead a good team. He is a very streaky 3 point shooter (it seems like he either makes them or misses badly) and a marginal ball handler that doesn't appear to be very comfortable going to the basket. He has trouble when a defense is able to focus on him, rather than him being the 3rd or 4th option in the offense.
