How do you counter Bush getting split out wide with a RB

like Indiana seemed to do just about every snap? They would motion the RB out wide taking Bush with him. We need him to be able to stay in the middle. Can you rotate a corner or safety over or is that too simple. In my opinion Bush needs to be in the middle of the field so he track sideline to sideline. Would love to hear what Don Brown's take on this?
