1 year guy, more competition, and he gives the staff time to bring the other guys up to speed.
It also would be the nail in Shane's coffin, but that is on Shane, IMO.
I guess team chemistry would be the question, but winning helps chemistry more than loyalty to guys who aren't getting it done.
