How did Zach become a TE?

I just remember he had a ton of offers including power 5 teams. A high 4 star 5.9 with a good and accurate arm. 4th at his position.

So what happened?

Don’t get me wrong I think he is going to be a Pro at TE and will surpass Butt.

But it’s interesting how the position change came about.
