Had in interesting chat with someone in the program -- a couple of observations from early season CFB games are the teams that have stayed focused and have good coaching staffs have played well so far this year (above what would be expected) and some teams really seems impacted mentally from the current environment
Thought is that the chaos of 2020 can actually help the ball club given they have been together training non stop since mid June -- and we have an excellent staff.
Alot of off season work has gone into improving the mental toughness and focus of this team.
Could our prep work - coaching - consistent training and motivation create a special year? Well....I am not making predictions....there are alot of unknowns in DB - QB - Oline.....
