Assuming Howard & Bufkin go...

PG: McDaniel
SG: TBA or Washington
SF: TBA or Baker (Jace)
F: WIlliams or Tschetter (Khayat or Glenn)
C: Dickinson (Reed, Kante)

Those TBA's are huge.

I think Barnes' departure opens up the spot Baker needed to return.

I'm honestly a little worried about Tarris Reed, if Dicksinson is still here. Is he going to want to have another season where his role doesn't increase barring injury?

As of now, you want one of those TBA's to be a combo guard, someone who could start at the 2 if Washington isn't game-ready and spell McDaniel at the point. Burning that scholarship on Jace looms large - this whole thing would look a lot better with a 4* combo guard incoming than it does with Jace on the team. As it stands, we're only going to have 3 scholarship guards. That kind of roster mismanagement is inexcusable - and 100% on Juwan.

The second TBA would hopefully be a combo forward, someone who could start ahead of Baker but also play with him.

At this point, we know what Williams and Tschetter are: energy guys with severely limited (i.e., not starter caliber) upside. Khayat looks to me like someone who could develop into a serviceable stretch 4. He has the stroke for it, but even in limited minutes at Vanderbilt you could see why he doesn't play more: he can't move his feet enough on D to cover wings. And I don't think Glenn is anything - he's another player whose main qualification for being on the roster was his personal relationship with the Howard family.

The next 6-8 weeks of portal shopping are big for Juwan.

Bufkin not entering the draft would be huge.
