I just heard (from a not so reliable source) that Brady Hoke to the Notre Dame staff was a possiblity.

Nah, Hoke didn't work out as a head coach, but he's a good DL coach.

Shocked - but I'm okay with it as long as he isn't head coach. I think he's a pretty good position coach and a great recruiter.

He's one of the very best DL coaches in the biz with a great track record

a great hire by ND. I was hoping he'd sit out a year and then be hired by UM as the DL coach but Kelly got the jump.

He's a great DL coach, but for some reason we never had a great


D line while he was head coach.
At least dumbers can rest easy knowing they will "be physical" and "control the LOS", just like we did while he was HC at UM.
