Sounds like Brandon Naurato is planning to hire Rob Rassey as his assistant coach. Current head coach of the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL. Played at Northeastern from 2005-2009 and was a long-term assistant with Harvard up until the 2018-19 season. He is a Michigan native.
I've been asking around and haven't received any type of confirmation.
The following quote is the closest I've gotten:
"Rassey and Scott (new director of hockey ops) a good indication Naurato intends to remain in the job with the interim tag removed. These are decidedly his guys.”
Sure sounds like a confirmation to me. Also sounds like Naurato is going to do everything in his power to keep the job full-time.
