I get how important it is to do whatever they can to protect the brains of players. However, why is it any different with the knees? An IU lineman purposely blocked Hudson right at the knees, when Hudson had just turned around to pursue the ball. Why isn't that an ejection as well? That lineman was basically targeting Hudson's knees when Hudson had no chance to avoid it. Refs threw the flag, but not sure why something like that couldn't be reviewed. Nothing incidental anout that play. Clearly intentional. Clearly dirty.
