I'm currently advising the board of a company on restructuring an asset that it owns in partnership with three other firms. We have a board meeting on Nov 6, at which I'll be presenting. I just learned that one of the companies in the deal has Muhish Sood - the financial advisor/agent at the center of the College Hoops scandal - sitting on their board.
