First JH IS a great coach. There is no disputing that period.The problem to me is he is a great NFL coach who has lost touch with the college game. He is trying to run a NFL program at the college level and until he switches back to San diego state and stanford type coaching UM will continue to be a8-10 win team, not bad but not what we all want.
his athletes can't study,grasp,and work on his 30 formations all day and night like the pros- simplify things please.
his athlete aren't 25 year old pro athletes- stop asking them to make pro plays.
His athletes can't filter through different coaches concepts to pull the nugget that applies to them, like a pro-simplify your staff.
we need coaches that have played the position they are coaching. on position group continues to kill UM.
UM defense is great again this year because it has one clear voice running the show, one identity ( attack) , everyone knows there responsibilty etc.....vastly different than the O and it shows.- take a page from D coord.please .
