after you intentionally foul the same person twice (per quarter)....the opponent gets the opportunity to take the normal foul shots or 1 shot and get the ball out of bounds.
Why is this rule fair you ask? Team only gets 1 shot so they in theory are limiting their opportunity for another point.
That will stop it. It's a minor change and the poor free throw shooter still has to go to the line twice in a row.
