His record as a head coach in the NFL is not that great, either at Atlanta or Seattle. I think he's known more as a defensive guy, so if he did go back to the NFL, it would probably be as somebody's defensive coordinator perhaps

Not sure about going back to NFL. He seems to be doing great in recruiting and building a PAC 12 powerhouse program
