During HNIC, Elliott Friedman mentioned a former Packers player once said Lombardi was hardest and most demanding on the team when it was winning and playing well.
Said the approach was different when a player or team was struggling; softer approach, listened more, etc.
Maybe JH is taking the latter approach with all of the youth and fragility dotting the lineup, especially on O.
