visiting Bama. I am concerned. Why other than the obvious?
They are an amazing recruiting machine, obviously. They can create their narrative to the recruit in any manner and it is convincing. Saban is one of the most personable people you will meet on a visit.
I know this first-hand. My nephew was brought there for a recruiting visit, his father was not a fan of Saban bc of everything we know, but went for the experience. He was blown away by Saban, his warmth, focus, attention to details about each of them amd came away a big fan.
Worthy going to visit Bama with his mom is really an issue. As solid as XW was to UM, when you throw the fact we are abysmal on the field, the narrative JH and therefore Gattis won’t be here (which I state is a false narrative but it is out there and being perpetuated by people outside the “know”), the success of Bama as a program over all and especially the recent WR to NFL success they have shared.
