Bought a policy for my son when his warranty ran out. He had an engine valve problem along with a Transmission failure. The repairs were going to be $6500 from the dealer. Car Shield has agreed to pay $300. I purchased the platinum policy the best they offered. I did not realize that Car Shield is not the insurer they only sell the policies and pass them off to other companies such as American Car Shield. So much for the Ice T and Chris Berman claims on their commercials. Anyone else purchases this product.
