Has anyone seen this crowdfunding to keep athletes in school? (link)

You can donate money to an athlete that they only get if they stay in school. Sounds like this guy has already gone through discussions with the NCAA.

Any guesses on how many years it takes before something goes wrong with this? I'll put the over/under at 1.5
