He's also No Bo Schembechler. 6 years in Loyd Carr had 3 conference titles, and a national title, and won 78.37 % of his games, and had no where close to a losing season. Bo had 5 conference titles after 6 years, and a 87.87 win % and no where near a losing season.
Harbaugh has no conference titles, and a 70.58 win %....... And needs a miracle to avoid a losing season, and his win percentage to drop below 70%.......
Gary Moeller had an undefeated season, and a Rose bowl win, and conference title in his 3rd season.......
Harbaugh is below Moeller, Carr, and Schembechler after 6 seasons, and the accomplishments aren't that close. Carr, Moeller, and Schembechler all got you where you wanted to go in their first 6 years, and Schembechler did not inherit a winning team...... And after 6 seasons, not one of the three aforementioned coaches, had you wondering if you could beat the worst teams in the conference.......
Oh yeah, and Bo finished ranked 9th, 9th, 6th, 6th, 6th, 3rd, in that order in his first 6 seasons......Harbaugh has never finished that high one time.
If your an A.D. and you think 9+ million a year is worth this, and you can't do better.....than you have no business being an A.D.........
