Let me preface this by my saying I was one of those that wanted Okorn to play badly.
So now I see why Harbaugh never made the switch until forced, and stop second guessing the guy. Why switch from WS? Both Okorn and Speight are equally bad. Both bring something go the table the other doesn't but neither is drastically better or even marginally better. Okorn is more mobile and had a better arm. Speight knows the playbook better, has starting experience, and seemed to have fire out there. So why switch? To almost the exact same averageness.
So those calling for Peter's, just trust him. If he was better or even thought it would help Michigan for Peters to take snaps in Happy Valley then he would. So trust him. He will also do what is right for the team when it comes time for OC too I guarantee it.
Sidenote: should they call that place something other than Happy Valley? It just hit me when I was typing that.
