Obviously as CB has said he's not the same on field coach since 2016. What we do have is a guy who can flat out recruit. To have the type of class in the middle of pandemic, contract uncertainty, terrible record, getting blown out in many games is straight CLEANER (immortal words of tim grover). Im sure everyone on this board was shocked and smiling Wednesday as it showed Harbaugh still has the fire when he doesn't delegate and shoots his shots. I saw this guy on all these face times with recruits wednesday, constantly in their faces via zoom calls per Holland. - he didn't leave the fate of the class in the hands of his irresponsible assistant coaches and personally saved the class and brought in his best recruits this era.
If he would only do this on field and not sit back but get his rear end into the games and coach it like he takes on the recruiting leg work he would be winning again. There is still hope for this guy as now Michigan is talent for talent better than any team in big ten sans the bucks.
Note: My guess is that he keeps his son on staff as revenge for Warde lowballing him on the money. This would be the what's your deal harbaugh coming back.
