Grey Lot Parking Questions

This year, I bought a season parking pass for the Grey Lot, parking space #167, and I'm wondering about a couple of things, if anyone who has parked and tailgated there would be able to comment:

1. Are tailgating tents and grills allowed behind vehicles? Or would they block the lanes between the rows of parking spaces?
2. Would anyone know where parking space #167 would be located, relative to Yost vs Ferry Field?
3. Is it as lively an atmosphere as, say, the Blue lots or the Golf Course?

We've tailgated for years on the Golf Course, and I just decided to buy the parking pass this year to see what it's like and to continue to build towards a potential Blue Lot parking spot in the future as my Priority Points accumulate. However, I don't want to compromise on our usual outstanding tailgating experience on the Golf Course. One advantage of the parking pass is, of course, the ability to get there a little later than the 6-8AM that we have to show up at the Golf Course for early games. The major disadvantage is the view and the inability to throw a football around on asphalt vs grass.
