Any ideas how much longer he wants to coach? I don't think he is replaceable with what he brings to the table. Several years as a d coordinator in the NFL and 20 as one of the best d coordinators in college who chooses just to coach d lineman. Not to mention one of the best d line coaches and recruiter in the country. No way our d dominates like it does without this guys developing d lines.
