After the anger subsides, this is pretty spot on. Jim made huge changes last year and he deserves a lot of credit for that. His predecessors didn't and that proved to be their demise.
Those changes Jim made give me hope that he will make even bigger ones this off-season. Modernizing the offense and hopefully giving an OC autonomy to run it as well as challenging DB to adjust his scheme against higher level athletes/competition.
We've come a long, long way from RR and Hoke. We have one huge hurdle to go. Jim knows it and he'll do what it takes.
