Man, what a great way to finish 2020!
We scored 84 points with Livers and Brown combining for 7 points on 1-8 shooting. Impressive.
What else can we say about Hunter? 10-11 from the floor? The guy is fantastic. Mature well beyond his years.
I was never worried about Franz, and he was great again tonight. Complete all around game. Defense, shooting, passing, he did it all.
I really like the way Smith plays. Measured, picks his spots, and makes plays - 16/6/6 tonight.
Johns played well, too. I feel bad for him - he’s just stuck on a team where the guys in front of him are really, really good.
We do need to guard the three point line better, and some of that came from other guys blowing by the main defender and secondary defenders leaving their man to help. We need to shore that up a bit. But certainly we were much better defensively in the second half, and the offense was great all night.
And how about that throw down by Brooks on the cut to the basket!
