Linemen in general need to be in year 3 before the are counted on, Bredeson and Onwenu are a year away. Ruiz may be the exception and be ready next year as well in year 2. Guys like Filiaga and Stueber are likely 2 years away ( 2019.)

As far as QBs go, year 2 and maybe even year 3 should be expected in Harbaughs complex system. IMO Peters will be ready by 2018 and McCaffrey will be close ( football family, high football IQ.)
Fr. Wrs are also almost never ready to be good, chemistry with the QB, precise route running, blocking etc. By 2018 Black, DPJ, and Martin will be full go. And I think this team will be fully ready to compete for Championships but Newsome is a Huge X factor.
