I was fortunate enough to be a guest last weekend of a former Captain and two time All Big Ten guard who played for Bo, along with 11 other former AA and Big Ten lineman at practice on Friday.

Jim had a former All-American Tackle of Bo's speak to the entire team, and then several guys spoke directly with the O line. I could see it in the kids eyes the impact these former players were having on them. The kids saw several guys with 4 BIG championship rings, heard old war stories, and what it means and what it takes, to be an O lineman at Michigan.

The growth and development in the line goes to Coach Warinner and the off-season S&C, no doubt about it. However those kids definitely realized how much those guys worked and sacrificed and WON, and how close these old guys still are 20, 30, 40 years after their playing days at Michigan ended. If they didn't know before, the definitely understand now, they too will be part of that fraternity when they're playing days at Michigan are over.

Last week the line turned the corner, today they beat the crap out of a really good d-line. They keep improving and moving that line and protecting Shea, we could be in for a special season. The first of many to come.
