"Dream Team(s)" of a final 4?

I was asked this question the other day and I struggled with who I would put in at 3 and 4. Keep in mind, this is regardless of who the current head coach and player(s) are, recent success, etc.

I'd have:

Notre Dame (#1 nationally)
Michigan (#2 nationally)

I'm torn between 2 of these team(s) as I find them to be more regionally followed (than national):

Alabama (probably, my #3)
Texas (#4?)
USC
Oklahoma
Ohio State

I'm just curious as to see who would be in your top 4 (What 4 playoff team(s) would kill the TV ratings?).
