I don't think I have ever watched a game with more commercial breaks than the Purdue game. Fox crammed every second of free time into a commercial break. It was kind of annoying.
Brady Quinn was unprepared for broadcasting the game. He didn't have a lot of COMMON knowledge about Michigan. At one point he said that Michigan had no true tight ends on the team.
The camera work wasn't great, they came out of replay a couple of times as the next play was starting and they kept flashing to Purdue's D coordinator yelling and spitting.
The whole start time issue was unfortunate but at least they had a solution.
