My issue is what the heck is up with the NBA Finals schedule over that past 4 or 5 seasons? Thursday game, 8 PM CT, 9 ET on a work night) to start the series. I went to bed before the game ended, Then, no game at all from Friday night to Sunday evening- to return on yet another work night, in competition with prime time shows. Why no game on Saturday, either afternoon or evening when nothing is on, and people don't have to get up early for work the next morning? Or the old Sunday matinee games at 1 or 2:00 in the afternoon?
Sadly enough, after the first half tonight, my eyes will be on the two-hour series finale of The Leftovers. Sat through an entire weekend with minimal things to watch (I watched a short boxing match on Saturday night, and binge watched Master of None on Netflix), and the game comes on opposite real television shows late on Sunday night...stupid, stupid, stupid. The NBA has scheduled one non-work night game for the Finals, and that's this coming Friday night. The rest of the games will be this Wednesday, next Monday and Thursday, and, if needed the following Sunday.
