Would we or should we consider a guy like Luke Fickell? Strong record at Cincinnati (37-19) but 6-7 the one year he coached at a "big boy" program.

I'm convinced after today that JH can't get us to the promised land of a Big 10 championship, but not sure I can come up with a name that can get us there?
