I'll be making a trip to Scotland in November (I know, not a great time to go) for 7 days and then 5 days in Iceland before coming back to the states. I fly in and out of Glasgow. As of now we are wide open, but the initial plan is 3 nights in Glasgow and 3 nights in Edinburgh.
I do plan on hitting St Andrews for a day trip from Edinburgh as well as a tour of The Highlands to hit distilleries (also stops at Sterling) . We have 12 in total all around 30-35 and mixed with married couples and singles.
With the weather being pretty bad and not much daylight that time of year, any recs? I'm hoping Celtic are in town for a match, but if not we can at least get a decent feel of the two cities. I don't want to be spread to thin and be in a rush the entire time I'm there. Thanks in advance!
