We're looking forward to a much better trip to Jerryworld than the last time we were there. We'll be buying tickets off Stubhub (3 of them). Last time we sat up in the top level (400 tier) and found that most of the time, we were just watching the big screen.
This time, we plan to get tickets in a lower tier, probably something between the 30's, so sections 233-237. Right now, those are running ~$400-$500 each.
My wife is the conservative type...wants tickets in hand and worries all the "good" seats will sell out. I'm thinking that we wait quite a while - say to the last week before the game and those will drop. Not sure how far, but would be happy to have those in the $250-300 range. I don't want to wait until the night before, that's pushing it too far. And I don't know what the original seat cost was for those tickets.
What do you think....how far in advance of the game do you think the prices would start dropping? And do you think supply is going to be an issue?
