I think I have eliminated the vinyl flooring.
Ceramic tile vs wood. I’m surprised at how real looking the ceramic tile is to wood. Also basically indestructible. On the other hand I’m old-school and think wood it’s probably just better. Why I don’t know. Maybe resale. Thoughts pros and cons
