This brings me back to when Bo was thinking of leaving to go to Texas A and M. We were all upset and wondering would e really go! That NIGHT, I think it was a Tuesday/Wednesday night, he made his announcement he was staying ( heard it on WJR 760 ) and HE did until he retired a wolverine. Jim was around then as a UM freshmen or JHS player. He knows what goes on. GBGB"74

UM was so incredibly cheap in paying their coaches back then. Bo, Johnny Orr, etc. weren't given competitive pay, until UM's hand was forced by TX A&M.
