after a few days here is what I think needs to happen to fix this offense. Most of which will have to happen in the off season.
-Go get the best Oline coach out there. Identify the best in the country and get him in here. Only one guy coaching the whole line.
-Pick one guy to be the offensive coordinator along with a desired identity.
-Add a real rb and wr coach to the staff for god sakes.
-Get that program building Qb. A premier guy that can play immediately and build that offense around him. I don’t think that guy is on the roster. If so play him already.
-Upgrade the Rb position. Like qb this is unacceptable for Michigan’s standards. Go all out for a top Rb and Qb this cycle. Playing time is immediately available. No excuses.
I think this covers 90% of the problem. A lot to do still but doable for a coach of Harbaughs and program stature.
