It's just so amazing that, while the luster seems to all of a sudden have come off Harbaugh, Beilein has reached near icon status here lately. Of course, Beilein was always tops in my book, but the recent success and recruiting class, along with recognition now of the cheating that he has contended with, have made us appreciate what we have. Beilein proves that, if you have a good coach who does things the right way, have his back. Harbaugh is a great coach who does things the right way. One game, even one season that does not meet expectations is cause for criticism but not loss of faith. When we hired Harbaugh, I thought that he might be too over the top. While he has had his share of sideline tantrums, and he definitely does things outside the box, I'm really proud of him. He's actually pretty even keel. In the MSU game he never went off even though it was a tough day. He never throws a player under the bus, or a coach. It's just back to work - very Beilein-esque. He'll make changes but won't panic. I have his back FWIW.
