Fantasy Football Help for a Keeper League

One of my fantasy football leagues is a keeper league in which I can keep 3 players from my roster last season plus an additional player only if it is a rookie. Whatever round the player was selected from last season, they will be placed into this season's draft round for the team that kept that player. If the player was picked up as a free agent, it counts as an 8th round pick. I do have the first overall pick in the draft this year since I was the consolation champ in a 12-team league. Who should I keep?

Rd. 2 - Davante Adams - #1 WR on some draft boards; 99% I'm keeping him.
Rd. 7 - Julian Edelman - great value here IMO; 99% I'm keeping him.
Rd. 8 - Phillip Lindsey (rookie) - good value here too; it's either him or Guice.
Rd. 9 - Jared Goff - like him a lot for a 9th rounder and think he'll have a big year.
Rd. 14 - Evan Engram - consensus #4 TE; drafted him 2 years ago.
Rd. 15 - Derrius Guice (rookie) - coming off ACL injury; drafted here last season and put him on IR.

I'm thinking of keeping Adams, Edelman, Engram, and torn between the rookies. Lindsey is probably the safer of the two but probably could get him in the 3rd round. Guice has a much better value in the 15th round but is playing in a crowded backfield in Washington.

Also, who should I take #1 overall? When last season ended, I was taking Gurley for sure. Now with his health in question, not so sure. I drafted Le'Veon last season #1 overall and that didn't work out too well. Barkley, McCaffrey, Kamara, Elliott, and Mahomes are all being kept by other teams. So my options include Gurley, Bell, David Johnson, and Gordon for RB's. Just now thought about the idea of keeping both my rookie RB's and leaving Engram unprotected and select Kelce #1 overall. Would that be dumb? The top RB's available just aren't a sure thing for me.

A little advice, please.
