Meyer with his fg kicker and Harbaugh with turnovers. This that and the other.

Here is what I really sensed in the 4th quarter. OSU was playing from behind but even then Meyer was aggressive in trying to win it. Even after that 4th down td in OT...Harbaugh was relying on the defense who got worn out.

Here is the concern I see after this season. It's not that Harbaugh and staff aren't doing a fantastic job. They are. It was a tough loss but hard fought. What I see from the Iowa and OSU game is a staff that gets a little too conservative and takes their foot off the pedal. Saw that even at MSU.

They can blow teams out but I do get the impression that Harbaugh plays it a little too close to the vest. Not Carr conservative but not as aggressive as he plays in other parts of the game. Maybe he feels his defense is good enough but Meyer was rolling the dice and Harbaugh was guarding his chips.

I don't know where you got that. Speight was hurt and couldn't play last week. It stands to reason he wouldn't be able to take as many deep shots. Even short passes were a bit wobbly today.

Even with several catastrophic mistakes from Speight, Michigan could have and probably should have won the game. Just needed a bit more from the run game and from Speight. OL and QB positions are probably much weaker this year than they will be on average once Harbaugh gets things in place. This OL has 3 fifth year seniors and is still average. I mean, come on man.

If you are honest with yourself....Harbaugh and staff have made some questionable calls. Doing a fine job of coaching the team. I thought the defense/Brown was fine today with some help from OSU wr's.

Overall things are trending upward but ask yourself what happened in the 4th qtrs. of Iowa, MSU and OSU.
