Face value of tickets in Dallas

Looking at Stub Hub etc...
"Good seats are $250-$300 each. As much as $500 on the 50 yard line.
What are the face value of these in the lower bowl ?
I have the Hotel and Plane tickets. Would you wait until game day at the stadium for two tickets
