I’ll paraphrase:
Goodman stated he didn’t have anything leaked to him prior to this coming out yesterday. He was surprised by the news but not surprised at all it happens at the College level. Unfortunately, Goodman said that all this will do now is force College Coaches to figure out a new way to cheat/gain an edge.
Also, he went on to say that if Pitino didn’t have the previous incident with the prostitutes, etc., that he believes Pitino would be coaching Louisville this season (Goodman thinks Pitino would have skated on these most recent accusations). Which goes to show, the power/weight Pitino probably carried with Louisville (and The NCAA).
Goodman also stated that The FBI has at least 10 people in custody who they haven’t even begun to question in depth. He believes some of those in custody will be the ones to put the nail in the coffin for more Coaches who haven’t yet been named.
