There was a thread earlier about ND fan reaction to their drubbing by Clemson. Did anyone not see that coming, by the way? Anyway, I said in that thread in response to a comment that Kelly should be fired that I disagreed with that and that Kelly had them performing at what is really the ceiling for that program. My thinking is that for cultural and academic reasons they can't get the kind of guys Alabama and Clemson get and, given that, they've recruited and performed as well as they possibly can.
