Matthews first team. His 30% three point shooting could keep him off the first team, but his defense should keep him there. Iggy second team. His versatility and moxie are unmatched. Poole probably second team, maybe first. Maintaining the recent high level of play might be tough in conference. OTOH, there's no SG who I'd take ahead of him, not even Palmer, but Palmer will be first team. Teske third team. Happ, Fernando, Cook and Ward will get most of the hype; but no one in the league defends as well in the post. Simpson is a tough one. I think the coaches may rate him higher because of all of things he does besides scoring on jump shots. So I'll go with second team by the coaches, 3rd team by the media. Even though Simpson does well head to head with Winston, Winston's offensive numbers are so good, I have to believe that he'll be first team.
