McCaffrey needs physical development with his body and the only concern I have is the level of talent that he has gone against. This is a MAJOR component of assessing true talent that is ALWAYS left out. Look at the players from Cass Tech. That is a nationally ranked program who plays the TOP talent in the state of Michigan. This is why the kids from IMG are big time recruits. U should always look at Derrick Green who played against terrible talent in the portion of Virginia he lived in and look what he did at Michigan. The talent that you play says a lot and McCaffrey played his high school football in the private school league in Colorado which is not very good. But, if Jim Harbaugh offered him then he must have something. One HUGE plus about both he and Peters is that they are BOTH mobile. We can win it all with them

Just a note on playing against terrible competition, so did Mike Hart (I think he was in a 9 on 9 league). Competition doesn't always mean success or failure.
I respectfully disagree but there have been exceptions and Mike Hart would have been one because high school football in New York really sucks.
