I'm not going to get into X's and O's because I don't pretend to know anywhere near as much as our coaches. But what do know from business is how critical the attitude of a leader whose organization is struggling is. Invariably, those that take the approach that, "we're close, we just need to keep pumping " end up failing. I think it's clear that a different strategy is needed. If he doesn't see that, we're in trouble IMHO.
