Last night I stated this interrogatively, today after some thinking I'm ready to do so declaratively.
Situation, time, opponent, magnitude of the game...it checks all the boxes.
I know this isn't necessarily saying much given the last 10 years, but I can't think of a bigger single play.
I was at OSU in '11, and that was a nice victory, but I don't know there was a single moment that defined that game quite the way DPJ's TD did yesterday.
Also...I think the feeling of Michigan breaking through a wall with that TD yesterday was there as well. It felt like more than one TD.
The only other play I can think of was brought up by another poster yesterday...
That would be the Darboh TD against Wiscy. A big one for sure, but given that was a home game, and there's not nearly the same enmity for Wiscy, I think it still falls short.
Maybe I'm still just drunk on the euphoria of yesterday's victory, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it until at least tomorrow.
