Lack of speed and talent is obviously causing issues but Don's schemes are providing the offensives we play leverage on either side and he hasn't fixed it all season. Coach needs to overhaul the whole defensive staff with both recruiters and those that can coach. When you can't even stop the QB draw all game, it's more than players!!
